The goal is to ensure that our clients are being reported to timely and accurately.

We accomplish this by tracking and performing desk audits for all of our clients.

Procedures include but are not limited to:

  • Detailed tracking of all statements for timeliness pursuant to agreements and licenses
  • Verifying the rates with the agreement or license
  • Verifying the completeness of tracks being reported
  • Corroborating the reasonableness of the expenses being deducted
  • Corroborating the reasonableness of the reserves being deducted
  • Validating the accuracy of third party deductions

Discrepancies are pursued and sometimes escalated to field audits, which are either performed or monitored by our staff.
