In 1989, Bernie and a few trusted colleagues established GSO Business Management.

“What drives our relationships are the basic tenets of trust and confidence. This is what we strive for and this is what we work to maintain. One of the things we pride ourselves on is the idea of no surprises. That’s an important part of any service business — no one wants surprises. Part of our job is to listen very well, not just to give advice. Any success I’ve had is through the strength of listening.”

Ranked in the Top 25 Business Managers by Variety Magazine, Bernie is the founding partner of the firm. Bernard assists his client in financial business management in all areas. “We do full service, from bookkeeping to taxes to helping clients make investment decisions and work with them on their estate/retirement planning,” says Gudvi. “It’s one-stop shopping.”

At GSO, the goal is to help clients achieve and maintain financial independency. He works with clients in all facets of the entertainment industry including music, movies, television, sports and high-net-worth individuals. Bernie’s greatest commitment as a business manager to his clients is built on developing a mutual, trusting relationship. For Bernie, trust with each client is of paramount importance to running a thriving business: “Remember, the client is the reason we all have jobs. Treat them with the utmost respect, be responsible, and be accessible.”
